Jan joined Scott in opening and building Lacamas Medical Group from the start. Her administrative experience and approach is a large reason for the success of LMG. Her ability to build a team work philosophy has allowed LMG to have very little staff turnover. In fact, many of the employees have been with us for greater than 10 years. Her diligence in working with insurance payers to ensure we get paid for the services we provide has ensure our stable cash flow.
